1. Our position

IPTVUKmax is a technology provider that supplies the means to access content over the internet. We do not host, store, or upload media files on our own servers. We respect copyright law and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK legislation.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised agent) and believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material and its location, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact details (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

3. Where to send notices

Send DMCA notices to support@iptvukmax.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".

4. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where applicable, notify the relevant upstream provider.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent required information.

6. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
