1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your IPTV UK subscription for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No lengthy forms, no complicated process — just message our support team.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@iptvukmax.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.

3. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• The guarantee applies once per customer per subscription tier.
• Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of misuse or breach of our Terms of Service.
• The free trial is not a paid purchase and is therefore not eligible for refund — it is provided free of charge.

4. Lifetime plans

Lifetime subscriptions are covered by the same 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After this window, the lifetime plan is non-refundable as it is a one-time payment for ongoing access.

5. Renewals

Fixed-term plans (3, 6 and 12 months) do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you actively purchase a new plan.
