3. Subscriptions & payment

• Subscriptions are offered on a fixed-term or lifetime basis as shown on our pricing page.
• All prices are displayed in GBP and may also be paid in other supported currencies.
• Access is activated after successful payment and delivery of your login details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and secure.

4. Free trial

Where offered, a free trial provides temporary access for evaluation only. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw trials and to refuse trials to anyone suspected of abuse.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of misuse or breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, share, or redistribute your subscription or login details.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without refund.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVUKmax is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
